3. Product Information
We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colors, sizes, and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of colors or product details will be completely accurate. Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order and give you the option to cancel or proceed at the correct price.
5. Order Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. Order confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your items and send you a shipping confirmation.
6. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (via PayFast)
- SnapScan and other digital wallets
- EFT/Bank transfer (payment must be verified before order processing)
Payment must be received before your order is processed. For EFT payments, orders will be held for 5 business days pending payment confirmation.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within South Africa. Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed during checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs (for international orders, if applicable). Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. 8. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please refer to our Returns Policy page for complete details on how to initiate a return and our refund process.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of OSU! and is protected by South African and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OSU! shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
